As compassionate and professional funeral directors, we believe it is important that those that have lost someone dear to them receive all the support they need. We are aware that our responsibility to our clients does not end with the funeral, and we strive to be a source of support throughout the entire process of arranging a funeral and beyond. When the funeral is over, we understand that many of our clients may still need help, which is why we maintain a connection and offer a range of helpful aftercare resources.
The burden of funeral planning can be heavy on the bereaved. We aim to alleviate the pressure once the funeral is over so that our clients can move to the next stage in the grieving process. If you require announcements to be placed in the newspaper, we can make the arrangements on your behalf. We can help you compose the text and ensure you feel that the obituary is suitable.
If you wish, we can place pew cards in the chapel or church for completion by the attendees. We will ensure they are returned to you after the ceremony with the details of everyone that came to the funeral. We can also issue Thank You or In Memoriam cards. Some people like to send these on to relatives and friends that attended the service. We are happy to show you all examples of our stationery. Should you opt for Order of Service sheets, these can also be retained.
